Are you Uber Eats?
No. We're an independent agency. Uber takes its commission on its side; we work for you, on your side of the account.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with restaurants in France, Belgium and Switzerland, and now in the USA. Everything is done remotely: the call, the rebuild of your account and the follow-up.
What exactly do you do on my account?
Two phases. First, 7 to 15 days to bring everything up to standard. We rebuild the menu, the photos, the descriptions, and set your prices for your area. Then we run the account day to day: promotions, ads, reviews, refunded orders, and a report every month.
How soon will I see results?
The optimisation is delivered in 7 to 15 days, depending on the size of your menu and how quickly you approve things. Everything we optimise stays on your account.
What if it doesn't work for me?
